Report on Harmful Content on the Internet and Video Games

The Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee published its report investigating harmful content on the internet on 22 July 2008. The ability of mobile network operators to monitor and control access and occasions on which they may choose to do so is discussed, along with cyber-bullying and mechanisms for making a complaint.
